Records Request

To request a Public Copy of a Police Report, you can fill out a form here and bring it to our location or email it to records@westvillepd.org. Certain reports may not be released due to ongoing investigations and juvenile names may not be included. Some reports may not have the ability to be emailed. A fee may be accessed for each report. Fees will vary. Payment types accepted are cash, check, or money order. Payment must be received before a report is released.

Police Reports

You will need to fill out a Records Request to obtain a copy of a police report. Public copies are available on a case by case basis. Your request will be reviewed and processed for approval. You will receive a courtesy call regarding the estimated cost of your request prior to fulfillment. Payment must be received by our agency before any records can be released. If you have an attorney, please have the attorney contact our agency on your behalf.

Accident Reports

Our agency has teamed up with CARFAX to provide a convenient way for your to obtain a copy of your accident report.

You can search for your report, make your payment, and receive your copy to either print or save all from the comfort of your home or wherever you choose. Call our agency at 918-723-5101 to obtain your accident report number.
